Easy to assemble, it probably took 15 minutes. After assembly, the top was already sagging in the middle, before I even put anything on it. I still haven't put a lot of weight on it, and I haven't had it very long, so I don't know if the amount of sag will increase or not. Let's just say I'm somewhat concerned. Considering the cost of this unit, I should have built one myself and saved some money. The legs are sturdy enough, but it could probably use some additional support in the middle area. This is a sturdy workbench, it feels very solid once it's assembled. There's no bowing in the one I received. The only issue I had was that the packaging isn't adequate for shipping via UPS, the box was ripped open and there was a small chip in one corner.

Very nice workbench. It was damaged during delivery. Three gouges were out of the top of the workbench. That's a lot of money and to receive it defective was very disappointing.
