These are not as whisper quiet as I had thought they would be - but otherwise I think the installation went well.I'm still debating if I like the motion detection, but I guess I probably do.I'd definitely buy the same brand again though.

I have a vaulted ceiling in my bathroom. The only fan I could put in there was a wall mounted fan. I needed a fan that could handle the square footage and finding that in a wall mounted fan was not easy. I e-mailed Panasonic and they recommended this fan. Even though it is advertised as a ceiling mounted fan, it can be used as a wall mount.I have had it installed for 3 weeks now and it is working great. My wife can blow dry her hair while I take a shower and the condensation that was on my walls is gone. An added bonus is that the towels dry much faster too.The only problem is the flap that should close when the fan is not on,stays in the open position. However, I am not getting a noticable draft from my attic.I would highly recommend this fan for families that take a lot of hot showers and have problems with condensation.

I wanted a quiet unit. This was very quiet. Didn't need it to run continually so installed a switch like one normally would anyway.Very pleased with end result. Size (130 cfm) was right for my application.
