I have ten-foot ceilings and can now change my lightbulbs, and feel secure up on the second-to-top step. Ladder is easy to carry and doesn't take up too much room.

Is this the most heavy duty ladder, no. But for the price you won't get a better one. It's metal and taller than most in this price range. It works for my purposes, I'm very happy with it.

The bottom wrung is bent and damaged. The ladder is probably usable but not good for a brand new Ladder.
