Perfectly happy with this ladder, no problems with the ladder whatsoever. The price was low - one third the price of similar or lesser ladders. Took the free shipping option - but the ladder was delivered 2nd day! - no kidding. Unfortunately, the shopping website did not detail where the ladder was made. My research showed that Louisville Ladder was USA made. Sorry, upon delivery, the ladder shows made in Mexico.

Ordered this ladder for my husband. Arrived timely. Shipping box (cardboard) was in good condition except for one small tear on edge. My husband was very disappointed when he opened the box, as there were several scratches on the fiberglass legs and front edge of steps. Otherwise, the ladder seems to be a sound product.
