I bought these for my project car, which seems will never be finished, to keep it out of the way. I can keep it against the wall and free up as much space as possible in the garage. If I need to work on the other side I flip it around, it's that simple. These things are really heavy duty and can take a beating. I have every faith in these things supporting my car long term. And being able to do donuts on jack stands is just cool. The 'tool guy' wanted $1000 for 2 pairs of used ones. Got 2 pairs new from amazon for half that and free shipping!!!
