The fan was easy to install and the quietest exhaust fan that I have ever heard. Initially I wasn't convinced that it was operating until I saw the exhaust hood vents moving on the outside wall! The other great feature is the automatic sensor turns the fan on when entering the bathroom, and the unit turns off via the timer. It also has the ability to run continuously on low speed and then switch to high speed when the sensor is activated. The only problem I experienced was that the fluorescent light ballast failed after one month. I couldn't find the same replacement model on-line, so I used a generic model and modified it to fit. I definitely would purchase this model again!

Great item, very silent and powerful. The auto detect works fine. The light is very bright and the night light is also OK. Great investment !

I gave this ceiling vent fan five stars because:1) It is quiet, quiet, quiet!2) It has many options to fit any needed application.3) It is very sturdy and well-built.4) The motion sensor works well, not a gimmick.5) The light is bright.6) The directions were easy to follow which made installation a snap.I can not think of anything negative to report on. Highly recommended!
