Fan works great and has an acceptable noise level, almost queit. The discharge dampers do not close tightly, they fall shut when the fan is switched off. A gusty breeze will cause them to flap open and shut. Next winter I will have to construct a way to seal off the dampers. I would prefer that the dampers close securely or they are provided with a way to dog them shut.

These are very poorly made, They have a cheap motor on them, fan shutters do not work properly. Right out of the box the shutters were damaged. Spend the extra cash and get a good one from graingers.

Great fan so far. Seems to be well made, was easy to install, works great with fairly low noise level. We are using it to ventilate a crawl space and so far so good. Would recommend this fan to anyone.
