The Chinese-made OTC 1580 Stinger wheel jack dollies will quickly lift and move vehicles with up to 1500 lbs. per wheel loading. They're made of heavy gauge steel plate and square section tubing and the welds are good quality. The hydraulic ram seems to also be well made, but time will tell if the seals hold up. Leaking seals seem to be common on many low-cost imported jacks these days.The casters are well made and swivel and roll easily when under load. The jack is easy to pump and it lifts the wheel with approximately 20 short strokes of the foot pedal. The dollies are heavy at around 40 lbs, each.The only component of the OTC that is obviously "sub-par" is the control valve. It's a plastic knob on a plastic screw shaft, that feels "rubbery" when it's turned. It feels like it could easily break if tightened only a little too much or if opened too quickly. I'm looking into finding some brass replacements ASAP.I tried the dollies on several vehicles and with the OTC 1580 fully extended, it just fit a vehicle with 245/50R18 tires. These tires have an outside diameter of 27.6 inches and are about as large (diameter) as the OTC will fit. It looks like it will work with tires as wide as 12 inches (305mm) but no wider. The OTC will fit most passenger cars and medium SUVs. but may not fit some sports cars with tires wider than 305 mm, and will not fit medium or large trucks with tires of larger diameter than about 28 inches. Very large SUV's or trucks with larger than 28 inch O.D. tires would probably be too heavy for this dolly jack anyway.

This device works very well. The only limitation that I have is that the R275X60X15 seems to be the largest tire that this roller can fit around. (It barely open far enoungh and has to be put around the tire at an angle) It works fine on the R295X50X15 tires that are also on the truck. Great tools!

They roll so easy. The nice part is that you don't need a separate floor jack to get them under the wheels.
