This model was everything that it was advertised to be. However when buying any newer products in todays market one must keep in mind you CAN NOT make a direct compaireson to an older model that you are replaceing! In this case the newer model was more noticeable when operating(noise level) than the model of 25yrs that it replaced. I was extreamly pleased with this purchase and the ease of dealing with amazon. All Broan/Nutone heaters and exhaust blowers I purchased are noisy and vibrate excesivly. The positive is that one can hear if any fan is on,no matter where you are in the house. Ted

The diminsions were off a trifle but it seems to work fine. It heats the bathroom very well. The older heater was a higherwattage unit but this is fine.
