I was a little skeptical at first, but the price was so goo, I had to buy them and at least check them out. These were a pleasant surprise. Not only was the quality there (put together and used them for 8 solid hours right out of the box) but they were priced so that anyone in the skilled labor trades could afford a quality pair of stilts. I'm quite pleased.

My husband runs his own drywall crew and everything is so expensive and with the economy the way it is he doesn't get paid a lot. He bought some from a hardware store at $231.00 dollars for one pair. He has a six person crew at that price we would be broke, and each guy needs his own. So I went searching found these and they work perfect. We bought one pair just to test them out, and like other reviews say they are a little shaky at the "highest" setting, but the guys seem to do just fine with them. They have not complained nor fell at this point. So I would definately recommend purchasing these for this price.

Poor ankle stability with their straps; heavy as hell.If you are really leg-strong, get them; if you want to avoid falling down, don't.
